Offline Bakery is a simple home bakery providing a rotating selection of cookies, a well known chocolate coconut rum cake, and sometimes other things if you ask nicely.

If you're thinking to yourself "Offline Bakery? But it's online! I'm looking at it right now on the Web!" well then you sound a whole lot like my mom. I'll tell you what I told her - the name comes from a desire to get offline and to encourage others to do the same. So come by and pickup a cookie or a cake and enjoy some time away from all the screens. Go lie down in green pastures or take a walk beside still waters. Restore your soul! Go outside. Get Offline.

I bake everything fresh to order for Friday evening pickup in Broomfield.
